Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines

Authors are requested to read and follow the guidelines below carefully before submitting their manuscripts to the  International Journal of Advanced Robotics and Intelligent Systems (IJARIS).

1. Manuscript Types

We accept the following categories:

  • Original Research Articles

  • Review Articles

  • Short Communications

  • Case Studies

  • Technical Notes

2. Submission Language

All manuscripts must be submitted in English, using clear and grammatically correct language.

3. Manuscript Format

  • File Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt size.

  • Spacing: 1.5 line spacing.

  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.

  • Length: Articles should generally be between 4,000 and 7,000 words (excluding references), although exceptions can be made for high-quality work.

4. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should follow the structure below:

  • Title Page: Title of the paper, author names, affiliations, and contact details (with corresponding author marked).

  • Abstract: 150–250 words, summarizing the background, methods, results, and conclusion.

  • Keywords: 3–6 relevant keywords.

  • Introduction

  • Materials and Methods

  • Results

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgements (if any)

  • References (APA/IEEE style preferred)

5. Figures and Tables

  • All figures and tables must be numbered and cited in the text.

  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI for figures).

  • Tables should be editable (not as images).

  • Provide captions below figures and above tables.

6. Plagiarism Policy

We follow strict anti-plagiarism standards. Manuscripts with more than 10% plagiarism will be automatically rejected. Plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate) is used.

7. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

  • All experiments involving human or animal subjects must include a statement of ethical approval.

  • IJAEEE follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

8. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. Authors will receive notification of the editorial decision within 4–6 weeks of submission.

9. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Currently, there is no submission fee. However, an Article Processing Charge (APC) may be applicable upon acceptance to cover publication and hosting costs. Details will be communicated post-review.
