It adopted a double-blind peer review system, transitioned fully to an open-access model, and began assigning Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to all published articles for enhanced academic traceability and global visibility. The journal now incorporates an international panel of reviewers and operates through a dedicated online submission and publication portal under Jewkling Publishers.
